PROGRAMMES
Associate Artists
We invest in the personal growth and development of the artist from career advice to capacity building and seeking new opportunities locally and internationally.
Labs
We provide artists with short-term space to explore initial-stage ideas with other like-minded artists through the following means:
-
Artist-led: Artists with an idea, topic of exploration or stimulus are encouraged to submit an application via an Open Call to run a 2-day lab session
-
Curated: Artists in a Bhumi Collective project will run a 2-day lab session, open to audiences who have attended the project, sharing process while also being able to reflect and deconstruct the experience
Intersections - Performance Lecture Series
We encourage artists to engage in debate and discourse about issues that influence them via investigation and research, culminating in a Performance-Lecture format.
Producers Development Programme
We develop the next generation of arts producers through a robust training programme.
Bhumi Originals
We produce new and original works for the stage to do with the themes of deconstruction, disruption and decolonisation.
